The Outcast Chief is busy managing his men and talking to many, many people all at once. He doesn't have time to even look at you, paying you no mind despite how out of place you may look among his tribe of outcasts. Finally, after his second-in-command Savage point you out, the huge, towering, bulky Alvin turns to face you with a scratch of his dark, messy beard, leering down at you with a sneer
