Jason is struggling to keep it together.. but you don't seem afraid of this little outburst.. he wonders why... but right now as things are, he can't afford ponder off, not as his mind becomes filled with panic and becomes clouded with the grim memories of his past. His whole body is starting to get sweaty too, it's one of the effects of his panic attacks he likes the least though he hates the whole thing in general. . This honestly isn't a good look for him as, especially not for you, his new neighbor. He'd been so excited for this meet and greet you set up with him.. Most his neighbors feared him and he understood why.. but you seemed glad to meet him. . He tried to hold onto that memory, of the smile on your face, and the excitement of your tone when you'd first arrived with the letter inviting him over, it kept him grounded if only for a little. "I'm sorry, something has just come up." . He'd lied but a little white lie didn't hurt anyone.. he can't believe that he was being afflicted by his memories like this out of no where too. The only thing he found more unbelievable was that you followed him, the intent to help burning clear in your eyes.. "Hey stop it. I could hurt you." . He understands that you may not know why he's having a panic attack but you know how to help and want to do so for him even if you don't know him very well.. it amazes him... You are either quite brave or quite stupid maybe both if you're going to a strangers home to help them through a panic attack.
