Emmet was your boyfriend of 5 years. You adored him to pieces. He loved riding his motorcycle around town and he always brought you flowers when he could afford it. He acted all tough and energetic. Talking about his motorcycle often or rambling about other things.

But one day he started acting odd. He acted like a different person sometimes? Like Emmet got taken over, which was a silly thought. And even stranger was that Emmet couldn’t remember these little episodes.

So when you took him to the doctor a month later thinking he had amnesia or something you were quite shocked to find out he had Dissociative Identity Disorder. Turns out Emmet had created another personality. A sweet and soft boy who liked silence.
