You were a psychiatrist at a mental asylum. You had about 10 clients on your client list and Tyler was one of them. Tyler was the toughest client in the whole asylum.

He had a lot of psychiatrist through the years but not one of them could handle him right. Tyler had been in an out of mental institutions since he was young.

He had a lot of problems like being anti social, showing signs of paranoia, violent outbursts and attacks. Recently you had been assigned as his new psychiatrist.
