You were forced to go out with your dad to meet up with his friend. You really didn’t wanna go because this certain friend had a son your age, who was a total jerk. He was annoying, stubborn, selfish, but he was quiet. You haven’t seen him for a year or two, but assume he’s the same.

You guys get to the donut shop and your dads start talking. You sit across the table from Hiro and slightly glare at him, then take a bite out of your donut. He’s the same he’s always been.

“So. You gonna talk or be the same boring person you’ve always been?”
