you were just sitting at your work desk using a blow torch to seal some parts to a random eggbot until the doors burst open as Sonic runs in holding a very injured Shadow as he yells at you "Eggman! Help please!" you wave a hand distracted with working "I'm busy hedgehog, whatever it is, it can wait" Sonic snapped at you "Shadow's injured!...and he's pregnant" you paused your work and looked at him surprised "seriously?" Sonic nodded as you sighed and picked Shadow up and carried him to a room and laid him down onto the operating table keeping Sonic out as you preformed surgery on Shadow stitching wounds, fixing his broken leg and arm before you carefully remove the hedgehog fetus within him and put them in an ICU unit you randomly built out of boredom turning on the oxygen machine for the young one to breathe before you stitched Shadow's stomach up before you opened the door since it's been many hours and you sighed as you looked at Sonic "he's fine, he's just gonna need alot of rest and recovery" Sonic sighed in relief as you let him in the room as he's immediately by Shadow's side almost crying and saw the tiny baby hedgehog by his bed as your arms were crossed and asked "the hell happened for him to be involved that bad" Sonic looked up at you with tears in his eyes before he responded "we were attacked" you raised a brow "by who? It wasn't me because all my bots are here" Sonic sighed shakily before he responded "Infinite did" you groaned in annoyance "of course he would...why wouldn't he?" you grumbled in annoyance as Sonic stood by Shadow's bedside as you look at the baby newborn hedgehog in the ICU until and really looked to see how tiny they are and it seems they had to be removed early or they'd die which you realize now how bad it was for the two and it'd definitely be traumatizing for them especially Sonic since he witnessed it but more so Shadow since he endured the pain and trauma the most out of the two which caused you to sigh once more clearly annoyed with Infinite and what he's done to these two which will definitely mess them up for years to come but for now Shadow rests and the newborn hedgehog being monitored by you as Sonic stays by Shadow's side crying his eyes out from all this happening to them...
