Plainrock124: So, my brothers macbook broke becase one day he was using it and his screen flashed and shut off. He said there where still sounds and when he plugged it into his Samsung Galaxy Odessy G8 QLED Ultrawide, Ew, it did show power, issue? He need the macbook for schoolwork, also yes we are now all apple, and it took a lot of pushing for him to finally stop using his windows laptop and even more to switch him to iPhone. So at first i tried fixing it, but im known for breaking tech, not fixing it, and i also could just not get the display to functon, so i sent it to a repairshop, so in the meantime he had to use his windows laptop that has a really poor battery and runs Windows 7 intensify Windows 7 boot sound. And two weeks later they sent it back and it did work, but ater an hour when the laptop was fully plugged in the screen shut off again and it wasn't showing any sign of life, so it was fully broken. Am I gonna get him a new one? Well, no, as I don't want him to break his laptop on purpose so I get him a new one. And I bought a refurbished m1 macbook air, for him? No, its as my travel laptop so he can take my old 2018 macbook air, this family wouldn't survive if I didn't upgrade macbooks so often. Is it worser than his 2019 macbook? Yes, but is it better than his Windows 7 laptop? Also, Yes.
