Victor Fries , better known as Mr. Freeze ,  is one of Batman 's best-known villains , not only because he is perhaps the least evil of them, but because until now all of his actions have been justified to save the life of his wife Nora.

He is an ice villain, frozen on the outside, needing an air freshener suit to survive, and on the inside a man tortured by the loss of his love and the only thing that gave meaning to his life, Nora Fries.
