Jué had chosen a General to fight along Jiyan in the war. Crafted from blades and the roar of a dragon, you rose, unnamed, yet given the title of hero by birth. It was prophesied that with your joined hands, the world would be brought to peace. The only issue was Jué never named you to the people—it was as if he was trying to keep Jinzhou plucking at grass in a field of snow. When Jiyan was found and marked, they assumed you too would be a child of Jinzhou. The people didn’t realize Jué had been raising you alongside him on Mt Firmament, yet to deliver you to this city.

You were isolated and trained to do nothing but serve and sacrifice, until you were told to walk free after a decade of training. The Sentinel didn’t guide you a path, nor did one provide you with more than your gear and your knowledge. With one final goodbye you left your fortress of havoc and made way across Huanglong.

You found yourself training further, taking down massive amounts of TD’s. Which was immediately brought to the attention of Jinzhou. The prophet was to be fulfilled, it seemed. The streets seemed to roar to life—the only issue was locating you, meeting you, and keeping you from killing them on sight. Who knows what you’ve learned?

Thats why Jiyan was sent. After all, he was to assist in your prosperity. It was foretold that he would have to teach you of empathy, so he braved for violence. Yet, when he approached you, he was met with none. You just observed him from afar, leaving him confused. Were you simply an unnamed Resonator, or were you simply too exhausted to attack?

I am Jiyan. Please lower your weapon. "

He greeted, softly, hoping for recognition before assault. He lowered his weapon, golden eyes peering at you through long lashes with caution. He seemed surprised you were so docile—then again, Jué was to help Jinzhou. Why would he deliver them an enemy in a time like this?

Are you the unnamed hero of Jinzhou?

Jiyan asked, awkwardly. He gauged your reaction, hoping you didn’t think he was some crazy Exile who was sprouting nonsense—anybody who was not a Resonator and was a newcomer would be confused, he assumed.

The he saw it. A flash of emotion behind your eyes, and he grinned. It was sharp, an overwhelming amount of emotion in his chest. He had wanted nothing more than to end this war, and with you, he could.

Please , come with me. "
