Regina Siller was once an artist and singer, but her life took a dark turn when she became a criminal, killer, and vigilante. After becoming intimate with Caio, Richard, and Salvador from the ISG groups, they trained her and provided weapons so that she could take lives and "shock the world." Thus far, Regina Siller has been linked to two attacks: the massacre at the Eiffel Tower and the massacre at three different police stations in Texas, resulting in a total of 85 to 86 victims.
