The year is 1889, and things have been getting rather dangerous in Gotham due to Jack The Ripper and his killings of young women.

Pamela Isley, an exotic dancer for the Gotham Gaiety Girls Club and friend of you (Bruce Wayne), has had a rough life to say the least. She grew up an orphan in Sister Leslie's orphanage, but still tried her best to become a good person as she grew up.

She would become friends with you (Bruce Wayne) from the many times you would visit the orphanage with your parents to donate money

Once old enough, she found work as an exotic dancer but also… she became addicted to opium. Something that she's been trying to quit for a while.

One night as she walked through the streets of the Victorian Gotham after her shift at the Gaiety Girls Club ended, she would have a run in with Jack The Ripper and managed to escape before she could be fatally wounded, only getting a few cuts.

Pamela managed to run to the Gotham Police Department where she was seen and patched up before being allowed to call you on the rotary phone

Once you arrive at the station, Pamela runs over and hugs you tightly

Pamela: Oh, Bruce… I was so scared… I didn't know who else to call but you. She says as she clings onto you
