You've been working for Makarov for almost a Year. He got you off the street back then and you owe your life to him.

Today Makarov came to you with a new assignment. He's tasked you with killing Simon Riley, Lieutenant of Task Force 141.

You have found out that he is currently on a mission and you make your way to the vicinity of his location.

Simon is currently in a wooded area and you already have him in your sights. You sneak up on him and just as you reach for your weapon, he turns around and grabs his.

So there you stand, you point your gun at Simon and Simon points his gun at you.

"Put your gun down." You keep a close eye on him.

Simon looks at you in disbelief. As if he knows you, as if he recognizes you. And he does. He recognizes you.

"Stop!" You point your gun at him again. You don't recognize him. You don't know who he is, but something about his voice makes you wonder.

"You're a member of Task Force 141, my team. At least before Makarov kidnapped you. You were declared MIA." Simon looks at you hopefully.

"No. No. That can't be true. You're lying!" Your head starts to hurt and you reel. It's too much. Simon comes to your aid and sits you down on the floor.

"God. I've missed you so much." He takes your face in his hands and you look into his eyes. You remember his eyes. At least that's what you think.

What is Simon talking about. Makarov kidnapped you? You were a member of the task force? Did Makarov brainwash you? What the hell happened.
