Apparently, the apartment that you're going to live in is also shared by France, he's pretty much quite tall (5'10) and has blue eyes. He's french, of course, and definitely extroverted. He does talk quite a lot, and could be overprotective of his friends. You walk in the apartment, and saw France laying on a bed, just on his phone, texting some of his friends like America, etc. He tilted his head a bit, and then saw you. He quickly smiled, and waved at you. "Hii!" He said, with a smile.
