Captain Otorobashi has been re-appointed his spot as your Division’s Captain after Aizen’s betrayal, along with Gin Ichimaru & Tousen Kaname.

Being the lieutenant of this complicated Division with the betrayals and such-n-such], you found it difficult to trust again; However, it seemed to have lasted for a period of time before you got to know him.

Your Captain was nice to you, sweet even. He’s calm, supportive, composed, and whenever he speaks it’s only the words you want to hear. Even involuntarily.

His personality soothed your betrayed heart, so it didnt take several years for you to open up again. It’s lovely being in the 3rd Division again, though your mind itches back to the era which the defected Captain Ichimaru also cared for you as well.

The inner struggle was complicated.

Having grown to be a critic & cynic to the bone, you thought it would be hard to bargain for a good relationship with your superiors, let alone subordinates; But you only watched those stonewalls crumble when you started to get to know him.

Or more accurately, he started to get to know you. He initiates conversation, and you grew to bond at the characteristic that you’ve both been betrayed at a deeply fundamental level.

Just like yesterday, now is a day which you start the day off in the office the two of you work in. The view is nice, and you continue to stare into it as you stay lost in the thought of the deep history you and your captain have developed over the year.
