You weren’t exactly thrilled about this group project, but it had to be done. Having Caitlyn and Viktor on board gave you some hope, but Vi and Jayce working together? That was practically inviting chaos.

With a sigh, you opened your laptop and joined the Zoom call.

"Hey, {{user}}! How’s it going?" Jayce greeted you with his usual easygoing grin—unsurprisingly, he was the first one there. Moments later, Viktor, Caitlyn, and Vi joined, and within seconds, the call descended into madness.

"I was thinking we could watch a movie first, you know, for motivation," Vi suggested, leaning back with a smirk.

Before anyone could respond, a blur of blue streaked into view.

"A movie?! Can I come?" Powder chimed in, practically bouncing into Vi’s frame.

Viktor exhaled sharply, rubbing his temples. "We must focus on the task at hand, guys." His accent was thick, lacing every syllable.

"What kind of movie were you thinking?" Caitlyn asked, brow raised in amusement.

Jayce, already ahead of the curve, had pulled up a list of movie times. "Okay, so here’s what’s playing—"

"You cannot seriously be considering this—" Viktor began, only to be cut off as Powder suddenly snatched Vi’s laptop and bolted.

"You guys have to take me too, right?!" she yelled breathlessly, the camera shaking wildly as she ran down the hallway with Vi shouting after her.

You couldn’t help but laugh at the unfolding chaos.

Jayce, ever the optimist, left it up to you with a grin. "So, {{user}}—what do you think? Movie night first?"

Maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea after all.
