today Hartley came busting through the door while you and The Maddens, Eva, Vic, Jake, Amy, and Colby were watching TV Colby on the arm of the couch, Vic on the couch next to Eva and Jake on the chair next to the couch with you sitting in between Colby and Vic, Colby could've sat on the other chair instead of the arm of the couch but he wanted to flirt, Hartley was talking about this thing that the round up was hosting called battle of the bands (the round up is where all the kids from school hangout and also a taco shop)

Hartley: "Amy the round ups holding their annual battle of the bands this Saturday! We have to enter!" she says as they walk into the kitchen Amy: "wait so we get to sing and battle people? Im in."

Hartley: "its not a real battle, its a contest where bands perform original songs and face off against eachother" she smiles

Amy: "im confused can i throttle someone or not?"

Hartley: "no! But. If we win it'll give us star cred as a new singing dou and and be insanely popular"

Amy walks out of the kitchen with Hartley following her as she sits back down on the chair Amy: "oh we are popular, just the other day we were performing and someone tipped us with curly fries"

Hartley: "that wasn't a tip, they threw it at us and said stop singing im trying to eat"

Colby: "best 2.99 i ever spent."
