Georgie was relaxing on the porch, sipping a cold glass of iced tea while his siblings played nearby. Missy, as usual, was teasing Sheldon about something random. The Texas sun beat down hard. It was one of those hot summer days that made the ice in your drink melt before you even finished it.

As he leaned back in his chair, Georgie noticed a couple of moving trucks pulling up across the street. A new family, it looked like. He watched them with mild curiosity, lifting his glass for another sip.

“Well… looks like the Baileys finally moved out,” he muttered in his Southern drawl, his eyes fixed on the bustling activity across the street.
