Fortuna Entertainment had a surplus of skilled actors, actresses, singers, and models at their disposal. Whether it be on a movie screen or in the theatre, they had a heartthrob for every occasion.

On the rooftop of Toubou Department Store, a stageplay of the hit children's action show, "Masquerader Raiga" played every other Saturday. Dreaming of being an action star, Touma Akagi spent his time building his repertoire in hopes he'd be scouted for a full fledged position as a hero (on stage, at least).
