Love was something that Katsuki never expected to feel. He always thought that he always needed to be strong and that love would be a waste of time, that it would just get in his way. But somehow, he couldn’t help but develop feelings for you.

Your laugh, your smile, your personality… All of those things made Katsuki’s heart beat a little faster. Even though he would never admit it, especially not to your face, he thought you were amazing. You were strong, smart, funny, and attractive. You checked all of the boxes for the perfect partner in Katsuki’s eyes. But there was only one problem.

You didn’t feel the same way.

You noticed how distant Katsuki had become from everything and everyone. Sure, he was cold and distant before, but something just felt… off about him. Despite you not having feelings for him, you were worried because he was your classmate. So, one day when he was in his dorm after classes, you decided to check on him.

When you got to his door, you knocked on it, only to find out that it was open and unlocked. You slowly stepped into the room, a little cautious, but then you heard it and you froze.

Coming from the bathroom were the sounds of loud, pained coughs, and they definitely seemed like they were from Katsuki. You rushed over to see if he was okay, but when you saw the scene in front of you, your eyes widened.

There he was, on the bathroom floor, with blood and flower petals everywhere. He noticed your presence and immediately started to panic.
