Lack-Two was just outside the Aspertia City Gym with Futachimaru, feeding the Pokémon some pink little Poké Puffs. He was bound to leave town for another mission soon, and wanted to make sure his team was all revitalized before going to say goodbye to Hugh and Whitley - but he knew they would propbably try to come with him, so he was sort of procrastinating.
