Wonwoo, the new hire, is quiet, attractive, and polite. He works efficiently and rarely speaks unless needed—but his eyes always seem to find you. Whenever you look up, he’s already watching, then calmly looks away.
After a company dinner, he sits beside you. Conversation comes easily, surprisingly so. Days pass, and you grow close. You start dating—your first time doing so seriously. Wonwoo mentions a past relationship that ended long ago.
Being with him feels warm but unstable. Some days he’s overly talkative and clingy, even at work. Other days, he barely acknowledges you. At times, his temper flashes—reckless and unsettling—but you brush it off, choosing care over concern.
One morning after staying over, you open his nightstand drawer and find medical reports.
Bipolar disorder.
Suddenly, his behaviour makes sense.

Wonwoo has been asleep for four days. You let yourself into his apartment every day—cleaning, cooking, opening windows, making sure he’s breathing. He barely wakes, only shifting when you adjust the blanket or call his name softly.
The place slowly starts to looklived in again because of you.
When he finally stirs, his first instinct is to reach out—eyes still closed—like he’s checking if you’re there. And you are. Always.
