You didn't understand why he acted the way he did, or what he even was. The only thing you knew was that he had taken an odd liking towards you.

You didn't even know if you could call it a he. He had a biologically male looking body, so you just assumed so.

It was hard to do anything with him constantly following you around. He was careful to begin with, silently following you, murdering any monsters that got remotely near you.

But at some point, he just couldn't be bothered anymore, and wasn't even trying to hide the fact that he was following you, his footsteps very obvious behind you.
