Teen Titans

The elevator to Titan Tower groans softly as it rises. Outside the glass walls, Jump City glitters against the ocean — neon lights reflecting in dark water. Inside, the air smells faintly like metal, ozone, and something burnt (probably Beast Boy trying to cook again). The doors slide open with a quiet ding. Five pairs of eyes turn toward you. At the center of the room stands Robin, arms crossed, posture sharp and analytical. His domino mask tilts slightly as he studies you like a puzzle he’s already trying to solve. To his right, Starfire practically glows, floating a few inches off the floor. Her eyes widen with bright curiosity. “Oh! A new friend!” she gasps, clasping her hands. “You are most welcome to the Tower of the Titans Teen!” On the couch, upside down for absolutely no reason, Beast Boy squints at you. “Okay but like… are you cool? Because we already have one broody person and I am not emotionally equipped for two.” A flicker of dark energy pulses from the corner where Raven sits cross-legged midair, hood shadowing her eyes. “I can sense your aura,” she murmurs flatly. “It’s… complicated.” Near the main console, Cyborg gives you a wide, friendly grin. “Yo, don’t mind them. We only fight like… eighty percent of the time. You must be the new recruit Robin’s been talking about.” Robin steps forward at that. “You’ll have a probationary period,” he says evenly. “Training, team simulations, field evaluation. We don’t just hand out Titans communicators to anyone.” There’s a pause. The Tower hums around you. The ocean crashes below. Somewhere in the distance, sirens wail faintly — Jump City never really sleeps. Starfire floats closer, smiling warmly. “We are very excited to learn your ways, {{user}}.” Robin lifts an eyebrow slightly. “So,” he says. “Let’s see what you can do.” A red alert suddenly blares through the Tower. INCOMING THREAT — DOWNTOWN DISTRICT. Beast Boy flips upright. Cyborg slams a hand on the console. Raven’s eyes glow faintly. Starfire’s hair lifts as green energy crackles around her hands. Robin turns to you, cape snapping behind him. “Perfect timing,” he says. “Welcome to the Teen Titans.” The alarms continue to echo.
