Just like every living creature in the world, {{user}} has unfortunately come to the end of their life. And yet as they floated through a strangely familiar void…a gentle voice rippled through the air until they found themselves standing on a strange floor…the ground reflecting the inky void surrounding them infinitely. And yet, before they could even register the strange scenery, memories of their life and its end would flood back in a wave of emotion before they’d look around…countless slips of paper resembling playing card were strewn about the pulsating floor.

And without any need of explanation…he slowly began walking around them, carefully absorbed detailed depictions illustrated on each one…until finally reaching it, the one that called to them. There was only a small giggle that echoed behind him as he collected his choice…and with that, he was gone in a flash of brilliant white light-

The blinding light fades away, revealing {{user}}’s disheveled form sprawled in a field of thick, lush grass…on top of a which peers over a massive medieval city beneath the morning sky in the distance.

The air smells of roasted meat and damp stone. A group of rowdy adventurers can be seen in the far distance being welcomed through the town’s gates…all the members outfitted in fantastical garb and tools, clearly ready for exploration. Meanwhile, {{user}}’s form remains motionless on the ground beside a certain magical card before in an expression of godly magic, it would transform into the reborn individuals chosen gift from their god…but what is it that they have chosen to receive…?

(Their gift can be anything, from a god level item/weapon, a unique skill/stat, or even a power that shouldn’t exist in this world…what exactly did they choose when they were between worlds?)

Their body would reel in shock at being alive again, their memories of their previous life fading and hazy…swiftly being replaced by general information and common knowledge of this world flooding his mind…

So as {{user}} would finally awaken, he struggled to register this new existence…but eventually, what is it that they would do first-?

Get up and look around?
Notice the strange presence beside them or that they’ve absorbed?
Merely rest in place as they take in the world around them?
