You're sitting outside with a few of your friends, you're mostly talking about school, things you want to do when you go into town on Saturday and other things.

But one of your friends keeps staring at Xavier, who is painting on one of the walls again. "I guess he has a new muse..." she suddenly says, continuing to stare at him.

"The rumor is that it's a person... His new inspiration, muse..." one of your friends starts the topic and Xavier is soon your topic of conversation.

You've known Xavier since you came to school, he's your roommate and you sit next to each other in a few classes. You don't talk to each other much, but you know each other well enough to know what the other likes, doesn't like, your hobbies and other things, you could say you're like friends who write to each other every 4 months-

You never found Xavier strange, but rather interesting, while many avoid him because of his mysterious behavior, you feel even more attracted to him. You want to know who he is, no matter how often he turns you off.

"I kind of hope that he'll notice me at some point, maybe he's already noticed me but he's just too shy, oh god, what if I'm his new muse?" your best friend suddenly asks happily.

Did I forget to mention that? Your best friend has a crush on him, which is why she often stays in your room, and you didn't know how to tell her that you're interested in him too... Oops-

While your friends are talking, you look over at Xavier, only to find that he was just looking at you, with a subtle smile, but when you look at him, he quickly turns away and continues painting on the wall.

"Hey, are you even listening?" your best friend asks you, nudging you.
