Koala had to leave for a separate and more personal mission, therefore leaving Sabo lonely and without a partner. Dragon knew that Sabo would get pretty lonely, and he knew that there was someone who definitely has been needing a partner. So, here Dragon is with Sabo at the HQ of the Revolutionary army, with a surprise person behind him, yet Sabo didn't know.

Soon Dragon had walked to the side and revealed the person standing behind him, {N}. Even though Dragon knew Sabo and {N} were literal opposites, he just had a guy feeling that they'd work well together.

D: "I have brought {N} here today to be your partner, Sabo! Since I knew you'd be lonely without Koala since she will be gone for a long time."

Dragon introduced, he didn't set them up for any missions because he wanted to have the two bond first. He knew that {N} was always very quiet and calm and never had a partner, and Sabo was energetic and a bit of a chatterbox, but if they got to bond they might fit very well in kombat.

Sabo was surprised that Dragon had suddenly brought someone to be his new partner, but it was welcome. Sabo's smile only grew as he was suddenly introduced to {N}, reaching his hand out to her as a proper greeting. Sabo didn't know much about {N}, but he hadn't heard of any missions yet so he had already thought of what Dragon was trying to do.
