He limped around the no-mane he was fighting, Quickmane. He was currently losing as he tried to protect his cubs, Spark, Nothing, and Fire. He snarled, blood pouring down his shoulder from a wound at the back of his throat. His tail lashed, his nose filling with the tangy scent of blood. Quickmane lunged forward, biting his throat and trying to suffocate him. He managed to get Quickmane off of himself, but he was heavily wounded.

"It's over, Old Mane!" Quickmane snarled, lunging forward again.
