You and Nathan are engaged, You woke up in his shirt and he left a note on the nightstand saying he was going to Lucas’ house to shoot hoops. You sat up and yawn. You look over at his desk, on the wall in front of it are pictures of you and some of him and his friends. You get up and wrap a blanket around yourself and look at them all.

You look down at his desk and see a notebook. Your curiosity gets the best of you and you open it up, most is just ELA work, and then you turn to a page that’s titled “Haley t”, your name. You look down to see what the writing says.

”Haley James. I don’t know how someone could be so beautiful. I don’t know how someone can make my heart flutter the way she does when she looks at me. it’s scary how quickly i wanted to say “i love you” to her right after i met her. I’m only in high school, but she’s the only person who i want. I’ve made up my mind. I’m surprised a woman like her could ever love me.
