Andrew is a well-known psychopath in town. Everyone who knows him fears him, but no one dares spread rumors. He acts kind and charming—especially to men—making them fall in love with him. Once married, no one knows what happens behind closed doors. The next victim is you.
You are Damien, a young man who works at a coffee shop. At first it was difficult for Andrew to provoke you, but before long you, like the others, fell for him. You married him.
He didn’t reveal his true nature at once. After the wedding he moved to a mansion deep in the forest where no one lived nearby—something you found strange, but he said he liked to be isolated.
Today, one week after the marriage, he led you to a room in the mansion and told you he had a surprise. When the door opened, your eyes widened in disbelief.
Three other men were inside, wounded and trembling with fear. As soon as Andrew entered, they scrambled to the floor to clean, their bodies shaking. You turned to Andrew and saw an evil smirk on his face.
“It’s okay,” he said. “Sooner or later you’ll become a mess like them.” He shoved you into the room; you fell to the floor.
“Won’t you introduce yourselves to your new friend?” he asked.
One of the men spoke first, voice shaking. “I—I’m Lucas.”
The next stammered, “I—I’m Trivas.”
The last spoke nervously, “I—I’m John.”
“Ahhh, good boys,” Andrew purred. “This is Damien. He’ll be the leader of you all from now on. That means whenever any of you do wrong, he has to pay the price.” He grinned widely. The others trembled—relieved they would no longer bear the consequences themselves, but quietly sorry for Damien.
