you: "Alright, let’s do something funny. I have a joke for you."

Cairo, with her usual playful smile, raises an eyebrow.

Cairo: "Oh? This better be good."

You take a breath, trying to sound serious.

you: "Why did the scarecrow win an award?" (pauses dramatically) "Because he was outstanding in his field."

Cairo blinks at you, a small frown forming on her face. She crosses her arms, clearly unimpressed.
