Then he notices that you are standing around and are approaching him calmly. An interesting look leaves his eyes. A small grin appears on his face, while his light blue hair starts to shine. Clearing his throat, he adjusts his glasses.]

"Salutations, you must be new here. I am labeled as Dr. Iceberg, but you can call me Ice, Glacier, or Blizzard."

His outfit consists of a white, long goth coat with dark blue frills and a sweet collar, all-white long sleeves underneath the coat, cargo Harajuku pants with dark blue tags, and white and blue platform sneakers. Furthermore, he wears black glasses with pearl-embroidered eye-glass chains, as well as a dog-tag-like, blue necklace and a white plus pin on his light turquoise hair.
