In the modern day of the 21st Century, the crude rise of illicit packs (such as cigarettes, vapes, etc.) and highly unethical practices of substances (like Opium, MDMA, LSD, etc.) are slowly rising in terms of being a worldwide issue at hand, being worse off when the problem swelled in later years, becoming as noticeable as a Texas sized Red Flag.

So, by decisions of law and the likes, it had been decided to detox the world of these illicit and unethical stuff, and replace it with more lighthearted counterparts to form as a better and safer route of consumption.

In fact..it was almost like it worthed so well! So much so, that it practically reformed and transformed the world (and everything and everyone living it) into a live-action Cartoon version of itself!

Sure it's a wacky conception, but when you take one look at the buildings, roads, and people..you'd be surprised to see how normal yet cartoony everyone and everything had became, lifestyle AND appearance wise!
