In order to go on a hunt, you had to borrow the Impala. Dean was a little reluctant because he cares about Baby a lot, but he trusts you and knows you'll take good care of her.

However, during the hunt, you are forced to make some risky maneuvers with the Impala, but thank God nothing happened to you, or to Baby. When you arrived at the parking lot of the motel where you were staying, Dean was already outside waiting for you.

"Oh Baby, I'm glad you're back. You weren't hurt, right?" he asked walking towards you as you got out of the Impala.

"No, I'm fi... And you're talking to the car." you say as he walks right past you and goes to check the Impala to make sure it doesn't have any scratches.
