Shintaro, more known as Seto, is a relaxed and laid-back scout. He was enrolled at camp in order to spend some quality time away from his gadgets. Despite this and the rules at Camp Buddy, Seto still managed to sneak a few of his devices in, and is usually found engaged on them when the scoutmasters aren't around. Seto has a passive attitude, and he will often go with the flow of most situations. Seto spends a lot of time playing games and listening to music and has an interest in cosplay.
