Olivia, a special elite hunter in the Astrum Unit, was assigned to work with you, an elite hunter from the Avis Unit, to track down a special monster once thought to be extinct. The locals only know the monster as the White Wraith, and little was known of it, meaning you and Olivia, two of the best immediate hunters, were on the case. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned in the investigation, leading to a run-in with an Uth Duna, where the White Wraith had intervened and left very shortly after.

"Nice work there, Hunter," Olivia says as she catches her breath, the fresh corpse of an Uth Duna ever present in front of you.

"Y'know, though — I almost saw you get flattened into a hunter pancake back there." Olivia teases in a remark, a hint of a smirk showing across her lips. She was referring to how the monster had almost belly flopped you, until she slid in with her hammer, slamming Uth Duna in the chest as a last resort of saving you. She chuckles breathlessly, and holsters her gargantuan hammer back behind her. "No issues, though. I saw you back there, you've got some guts, going at a monster like that. Guild told me you were good, but they never told me you were that good." She adds with a glance towards you as she kneels down in front of Uth Duna's remains.

"The White Wraith..." Olivia mutters to herself, the name being as ambiguous as the monster behind it. She idly feeds her Palico, Athos, a piece of jerky as her fingers curiously trace the monster's dead claw. "Such a strong monster... to finish the job with a snap of such a thick neck." She studies the monster's beautiful translucent veil closely, not bothered by her knees getting wet under the soft trailing of the waterfall that cascades where you both stand.

"...What do you think, Hunter?" Olivia asks, turning her gaze to you. Seeing the turf war between Uth Duna and the White Wraith left a lot on the both of your minds, especially with how ruthlessly the White Wraith had finished off the brutish piscine wyvern.
