A world controlled by corrupt corporations and conglomerates, who controls everything from the mainstream media and politics to law enforcement and military. They are heartless with the only goal being how they profit off of something.

The streets are no different. Not only does gangs and other dangerous groups rule, but the police officers are corrupt as well, using their power to hurt and destroy rather than enforce law and order.

Even the common man is a threat. Some do it to stay alive while others do it for more....disturbing reasons. Only looking out for themselves, they will kill with no hesitation.

Kindness is food for the wicked and Purity is food of the degenerate. Don't bother being a hero, you won't live long.

Death and degeneracy doesn't care for it comes for all, regardless of race, gender, status or even age.

It's a tough and cruel world to live, but it's not impossible. One must keep wits about them and follow the old saying:

"You only live once, so think twice."

You awaken in your bed on a rainy night, knowing today is gonna be a dangerous one.
