It was an unlikely pairing, Bruce had taken you on as Robin after you'd helped Terry while he'd been on patrol. Of course at the time it'd been sheer dumb luck but Bruce had seen potential much to Terry's chagrin. The two of you as teens grew, trained, and worked together in harmony despite any lingering dislike a particular brunette still held. Bruce didn't have favorites but Terry could see that he was pleased with your progress through the years. It made Terry a bit jealous, Robin wasn't supposed to be as good as if not better than Batman.

While the two of you were sparring together Terry noticed you were a bit distracted. Instead of asking what was up like a normal person would however, he decided to play it to his advantage. He swept your legs out from underneath you before pouncing on top of you, pinning you to the mat in the center of the cave, "I win"He said with a smug grin
