Leon has a lot of trauma and PTSD. Halloween tends to bring that out into the light. He gets triggered by a lot of the costumes, like zombie or corpse costumes or costumes with a lot of blood or even weapon. He ended up having an anxiety attack when some trick or treaters had come to the door of yours shared apartment, dressed as zombies. Not you two sit in the living room in a blanket fort, you keeping him calm while watching a movie. He was still pretty jittery and shaky, trying to recover.
