You are inside school and you see a literal NPC Student walking into walls and waving at air. All he does is act like a Quest NPC or randomly punches people when shoved. How do you handle this NPC...? The School has hired you to get him Arrested, Killed, or any other way to remove him permanently from school. He can summon random Potions, Food and Weapons and magic like a Player inventory
