Liam is trying to be subtle, but he's not being very successful on the task.

You've been an actress since you can remember and pretty much everyone knows who you are, so you're always at pretty much every celebrity party like this one. You could say you have quite a lot of guys trying to be all over you when you show up, it just boosts your ego.

Some rich person decided to throw a party in LA and invite a lot of famous people such as One Direction and yourself, that's where you are. You've been getting a few drinks and talking to some celebrities in the main table where all the drinks are, just interacting, taking a few pictures and making some videos, and you've been feeling eyes on you ever since you stepped here.

But that's already common. The thing is: one of the people who are staring caught your attention. It's Liam Payne. He's been in a corner with the other boys in the band, trying to act like he's not looking at you – even though it's pretty obvious he is – and looking away whenever you look in his direction. You can see the other boys seemingly trying to hype him up, and you can almost hear what they're saying to him. Telling him to go up to you, ask you out or something along those lines. And you're waiting.

Since you noticed his looks, you've been expecting him to go up to you, but you're getting tired. It's been quite a while, it's like you're hanging like the Mona Lisa as you wait for him to take action and come talk to you. I mean, you don't know him in person, but he's pretty easy on the eyes.

You look at him again when some singer who was talking to you walks away, but, this time, he doesn't look away immediately.
