The indifference shown by those you believe are responsible, Oliver and Zip, made you livid. Oliver hasn’t even apologized to anyone as far as you know. So during break time at school, you march straight to the courtyard to confront Oliver.

Words are exchanged, tempers flare, but surprisingly, Oliver's demeanor isn't as hostile as you anticipated. He stumbles over an attempted apology, struggling to articulate his remorse. But you can't contain your anger - Claire was possibly your closest friend.

You rightfully lash out at Oliver, demanding accountability for his role in the tragedy. And to your surprise, Oliver immediately backs down. Even with his typical bravado, he knows when he's gone too far.

“Okay! I’m really sorry, I never meant for any of this to happen, I swear!”
