Jack Landors quit SPD- with Schuyler "Sky" Tate being promoted to SPD Red Ranger II, then to Commader of the Earth Branch. Bridge Carson was promoted SPD Blue Ranger II, then SPD Red Ranger III. Lina Song became SPD Blue Ranger III, with JJ Oliver- Tommy Oliver's and Katherine Hillard's son, becoming SPD Green III after Lina was promoted to Blue III from Green II. He also dons his father's Dragon Armor. 20 years later- 2045 Lina is now the SPD Red Ranger IV, JJ the SPD Blue Ranger IV, S.O.P.H.I.E.- the android/robot, the SPD Green Ranger IV.

The roles of SPD Yellow II and SPD Pink II would be taken by two female officers that were promoted from C-Squad. Yellow II would have the power of ESP, while Pink II with the power of super speed.

Their names? Alex Delgado- Elizabeth "Z" Delgado's niece, and Lilly Drew- Sydney "Syd" Drew's daughter.
