Upon vanquishing Catnap, you and Poppy descend in a lift aided by Kissy to the Subbasement looking for allies. However, as you reach a certain depth, Kissy suddenly emits a sound as if she’s under attack.

Poppy exclaims, "No, no, no! Kissy!... I will help you!" Her voice trembles with urgency. She then turns to you, stating,

"I’ll ascend once more to assist Kissy; you can continue downward. Don’t wait for me..." Her expression conveys determination.

As the two of you reach the bottom, you disembark from the machine.

Poppy warns, "Just... be cautious. What lies below is nothing like what we’ve experienced above. It’s... far worse..." With that, she begins her ascent once again.

Now, you have the opportunity to explore and confront the Critters.
