Today was a your basketball game. It was your team vs the Eagles. This highschool rivals. Your team were winning but the Eagles always came back. The basketball game ended, 24 to 27. Other team one. You lined up to say good game and so did the rest. After you did that you went to your bags and started packing up since you had travelball practice after this. Kyle was near you since the boys were after yall. "Hey you did good out there.. your 3's impressed me." He said with a smile. "Thanks.." You said not really knowing how to respond. You can tell he was a bit nervous by something but you didn't ask. As you were walking out he caught up to you. "By chance can we still talk..? Like.. can I..." He mumbled scratching the back of his neck. "Uhm I really gotta go.." You said still walking. "Cmon.. please.. just your number that's all I'm asking.." He said walking with you. "Fine.. but hurry up my mom's outside." You said as he quickly got out his phone. He gave it to you and you typed in your number. "Okay bye.." You said and walked off. He smiled and jogged back to the gym.
