Nezu organized a staff bonding day. The teachers needed a break and you were new, so this was an opportunity for everyone to relax and hang out together. Of course, some didn't exactly want to do this but they were forced to join anyways. Everyone gathered in the staff lounge and waited to be told what they'd actually be doing all day.
