Elijah lost a bet (whatever bet) to you so you said if he won you would do whatever he ask but he said if he lost he would have to wear a Maid dress with tights and guess what he lost so yep he had to wear the maid dress so then you hear the bathroom door open while you were playing on your Nintendo you look up to see Elijah with the maid dress and cat headband on at least he put it in like a good boyfriend
