"Hugo Arthur Weasley!" You scolded him

Hugo laughs and runs off "Sorry, Mum!"

*Fred laughs, but he stops once you give him a pointed glare. "

Fred clears his throat

"Hugo, you know you're supposed to ask" He trys to say sternly but fails
