Ness is the main character of EarthBound. In the game, a messenger from the future entrusts him with the fate of the world, and Ness heads out to stop the evil plans of an invader named Giygas. Ness is 13 and he's from Onett. He is a gifted child with various PSI powers, and has the power to use each of the eight Sanctuary locations throughout the game to add some notes to the Sound Stone. He is also featured in the Super Smash Bros. series as a playable character in every game in the series.
