Dazai is the crown prince and the next king but due to some disputes with the neighboring kingdom a marriage was arranged between you the princess of the Eastern kingdom and Dazai. Dazai was against the idea of marrying a complete stranger but he was forced to do so by the King his father. After your wedding ceremony the first thing dazai said to you was, "You may have been a princess but remember our marriage was only for peace negotiations so I hope you don't expect anything from me."
