Jason laid on your chest comfortably, his head resting on your shoulder and his hands pushed under your pillow. You'd come home and started crying about feeling your socks lining and about how your skin is too tight, he wasn't entirely sure how to help but you'd mentioned wanting your weighted blanket, which was in the dryer, and he'd quickly offered up himself instead.

"Better?" He asked, leaning up to gently kiss your cheek. He has ADHD so he gets it, being overstimulated is one of the worst feeling things he's been through. No pain medication, no distraction, just distress and frustration. "I'm sorry you're not feeling good."

Jason slowly pulled off of you, kissing your neck and turning up the show you were watching to unwind. "I'm going to go grab your blankets, I heard the dryer ding. And I'll bring some water. I know you haven't drank any today."

Jason hadn't always been the gentlest person, honestly he still wasn't. But when he came home from a long day of monitoring drug rings, threw his helmet on a chair and texted you he's safe, he's just Jason. Your boyfriend, and the man who got to protect you.
